Reiki Master Certification
During the first three hour meeting you will learn what it means to be a Reiki Master, refine and deepen your meditation practice and your breath work, learn the Usui Dai Ko Myo–the master symbol, learn how to separate the hands during a reiki session, practice scanning, beaming, and develop an understanding of the Five Pillars of Reiki: Gassho, Reiji-ho, Chiryo, Gyoshi-ho, Koki-ho. Each participant will receive Reiki Level Level III Master attunements and will practice how to heal themselves and others using Reiki energy. During the attunement you will be “tuned” into Reiki energy. This is often a very powerful spiritual experience.
Reiki Master Teacher Certification
The second session will be dedicated to understanding the attunement process and learning how to properly pass attunements to future Level I, II and III students. We will deconstruct the attunement process into seven primary steps and provide a careful review of each. Master Teachers will also be attuned to the three Tibetan Reiki symbols that are traditionally used in Usui Reiki: the Tibetan Dai Ko Myo, the Fire Serpent, and the Raku.
Reiki is “universal life energy” and it can be channeled for the purpose of healing by creating harmony and wholeness, which stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal itself. The practice of Reiki as a holistic healing modality originated in Japan with Dr. Mikao Usui over one hundred years ago. He established a “shiki ryoho” or way of using reiki that is accessible to all. Reiki is a powerful healing modality that can remediate many of the following conditions: stress, tension, eases muscle tension, promotes pain relief and restful sleep. Reiki also helps increase the rate of recovery from an injury or illness, strengthens the immune system and helps process negative energy that can lead to more serious health issues. Reiki can also be used in conjunction with traditional medical treatments.
